While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. Our exchange policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the high standards we set for our orders.

Return/ Exchange Policy

We do not offer traditional returns; instead, customers can exchange products or receive store credit for returned items. Store credit will be valid for redemption within 2 months from the date of your initial order. Please note that Noroz will not be liable for any requests made after this 2-month period.

Eligibility Criteria 

At Noroz, we are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional quality and service. To ensure clarity regarding our exchange and return process, please note the following:

We only accept exchange and return requests of unstitched orders from local customers residing in Pakistan. Stitched orders can not be exchanged or returned. This allows us to maintain a high standard of service and achieve perfection in our orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges or returns for international orders as of yet.

Requesting an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us within 2 days of receiving their saree. Please reach out via WhatsApp at +923195914161 to request your exchange.

Condition for Exchanges

1) All sarees must be returned in their original, pristine condition, just as they were sent. This includes:

  • Original packaging
  • Tags
  • Accessories included with the saree

2) The product replacement needs to be in stock on the website.

3) The product replacement needs to be of equal or greater value. 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all delivery charges associated with returning the saree.

Processing Time

Once we receive the returned saree and verify its condition, we will process and dispatch your selected replacement saree within 3-4 working days.

Professional Conduct

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will assist you throughout the exchange process. We kindly request that all customers maintain a professional and calm demeanor during this process. Please note that aggressive behaviour or disrespectful communication towards our staff may result in a permanent ban from future transactions.
