1) Local Shipping (Pakistan)

Unstitched Orders:

  • If the desired saree is in stock, unstitched orders can be delivered within 2-5 working days across Pakistan.

Stitched Orders:

  • Usually stitched orders take approximately 1 week to 10 days to process, depending on the current workload.
  • It may take more time due to the surge of orders. To avoid any inconvenience, It is advised to contact customer service via whatsapp for the estimated delivery time.

Delivery Partner:

  • Our local delivery partner is currently Call Courier & TCS 

Shipping Cost:

  • Local shipping is currently charged at Rs 199.
  • COD available across Pakistan for orders below 15k 

2) International Shipping

Unstitched Orders:

  • For in-stock unstitched orders, delivery is typically within 6 working days worldwide.

Stitched Orders:

  • Stitched orders will take around 1 week to 10 days to process, depending on the workload.
  • After the article is dispatched it can take another week to 10 days in transit. 

Delivery Partner:

  • We use DHL for express shipping worldwide.

Shipping Costs:

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $500!
  • For orders up to 1kg, express delivery costs USD $30.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or whatsapp to help you monitor the status of your shipment. You can use this tracking number to check the progress of your delivery. 

Lost Items

If your order does not arrives or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery date so the matter can be dealt swiftly. God forbid if something similar happens we assure you, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
